Duh

I've been deterred from talking to people from other countries because I always thought that our differences in our point of view are too vast for us to connect on a real level. But today I got to know someone even though she has never set foot outside of China. Maybe just because they're from another culture, doesn't mean they all think the same and hold the same values. I mean... just because I live in America doesn't mean I like everyone here. People from other cultures vary by person too. What a thought.
